What makes this shelter great?

Our town was hit by 3 tornados a few days after the disaster in Joplin. Our animal shelter was completely destroyed. Since then, Guthrie has been taking animals to foster homes, holding fundraisers and soliciting donations because we totally need an animal shelter.
