What makes this shelter great?

The Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem MA has a great program where they pick up stray dogs from Puerto Rico and bring them to Massachusetts. The program is called "Save a Sato" These sweet dogs are brought to health and adopted out to loving homes. Through the shelter's determination, not only are these dogs given a second chance, but the streets in Puerto Rico are also seeing less strays. I had adopted a chihuahua mix from this shelter years ago and he was the best little baby boy. I love what this shelter does and think they deserve all the financial help they can get. They are going above and beyond to help animals in hazardous situations and should be awarded for their accomplishments.
